How to Get Started
The first step is scheduling an estimate with you to determine the scope of the job. An estimator will come to your home and work with you to determine your priorities for the cleaning. We customize this to your needs. At that time we calculate how long it will take to clean the home and multiply that by our hourly rate. 3-4 hours is the normal amount of time needed to clean a small house or apartment. We have a 3 hour minimum and a small Fuel Surcharge depending on your area. Usually 1 person is sent out. For a larger house we will send out two people. For on-going cleaning you will see the same person each time. Please fill out our get a quote page for a more individualized estimate.
Move Out or Deep Clean
For a “move out” or “deep clean” you can expect it to take between 5-10 hours for a small house or apartment depending on the buildup. We have a 3 hour minimum and a small Fuel Surcharge depending on your area. For a larger house or bigger job we will send two or more people. The rate is still per person, per hour.
- We use only environment friendly non-toxic products to clean with.
- All of our employee’s are fully trained professionals and covered under the company’s Workers Comp & Liability Insurance.
- All of our employee’s speak English and some are bi-lingual.
