Looking For a Job with Flexible Hours?

Since our operations have expanded, we have openings for additional qualified workers. We will train workers with our methods and environmentally friendly cleaning products.

Worker Requirements:
1. Read, write and speak fluent English
2. California drivers license with a clean record
3. A reliable car for travel within Santa Cruz County
4. Minimal availability per week of 10 hours
between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
5. Greater availability of hours is a plus.
We also have 28 to 32 hour time slots available.
6. Prior residential cleaning experience is beneficial,
but not required
7. References from prior work experiences are required.

Worker Qualifications:
1. Dependable work ethics – honesty, punctuality, etc.
2. Comprehends importance of cleaning within a schedule
3. Multi-tasks and cleans with thoroughness and speed
4. Communicates and listens to others. Asks questions
5. Ability to team with other workers or work alone

Compensation:
1. Please inquire as to current training wage. Increases applied once training is completed.
2. Flexible schedule throughout all days of week, including Saturdays and Sundays
3. Long-term assignments available, as well as summer positions.

Employee’s may also participate in a simple IRA investment package, earning 3% from the company. When you invest your money we will match it with 3%.

Employees can contribute, on a tax-deferred basis, throughconvenient payroll deductions.

Employees may accept client tips
